Nineteen year old Miley Cyrus announced to People magazine that is engaged to Liam Hemsworth. The "Party in the USA" star met twenty-two year old Liam three years ago on the sets on 'The Last Song', and has been dating the hunk since then. Liam proposed on May 31, 2012 with a 3.5 carat diamond ring, from jeweller Neil Lane. The ring is a cushion-cut diamond set in an Art Noveau inspired gold band. Miley has once been quoted as saying that the Hunger Games actor is her first serious boyfriend.
