The Body Shop Chocomania Body Scrub Review

Are you a chocolate fanatic but have to watch those extra calories? Fear not. The Body Shop brings forth their most indulgent line ever, the Chocomania collection which includes a scrub, lotion, body butter, lip butter, shower cream and mini heart shaped soaps. I picked up the Chocomania Body Scrub for two reasons, it smells heavenly, and looks like brownie batter. It was love at first sight and sniff for me. Although pricey, it gives a great amount of 200 ml which will last you for a couple of months. The scrub has a gritty texture which stimulates skin microcirculation, and like sugar scrubs, starts off as hard and grainy but dissolves to a creamy texture. It gives a great glow and smooth feel to the skin, but lacks the great moisturizing quality The Body Shop scrubs are known for, especially the Shea Body Scrub. The Chocomania Body Scrub contains real cocoa butter and organic cane sugar which makes it a good scrub to get rid of dark patches on the skin. It is good enough to eat and will make your bath time more relaxed and feel-good. The Body Shop Chocomania Body Scrub retails for $19 and is a part of a permanent line. I give it a 4/5.
