Marc Jacobs New York Fashion Week Spring 2014
Marc Jacobs presents a variety of Spring 2014 looks at the New York Fashion Week inspired from autumn shades and bulky accents, along with Hawaiian prints and sequinned evening wear.
Marc Jacobs presented a Spring 2014 collection at the New York Fashion Week which had high elements of Fall along with a gothic look. The show opened with models strutting down in wool jackets and sweatshirts in dark hues of colder seasons. An androgynous element was seen as models all wore blonde wigs. Clothing had bulky accents, some with leaf shapes and Victorian patterns, and bright summer styles were also seen including floral tops and shorts paired with sandals. Evening wear was elegant with sequins, embellishments, and fringes, and it felt like Marc Jacobs brought a whole year worth's of designs in one show.
