For the 63rd Annual Beauty Pageant, the pretty brunette wore a pink mermaid fishtail gown on the resort island of Bali. Megan has appeared on Filipino television shows and has been a television host as well. The emotional and excited Megan said that she 'promises to be the best Miss World ever'. Miss France Marine Lorphelin took second place, while Miss Ghana Carranzar Naa Okailey Shooter took third in the prestigious pageant. Megan Young takes the crown from Miss World 2012 Miss China Yu Wenxia.
