Alex Morgan Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2014 on Guana Island
Olympic gold medalist Alex Morgan returns to Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2014, posing in bikinis on Guana Island for photographer Adam Franzino.
Alex Morgan is back in Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Issue, and this time she actually got to wear a swimsuit.
The 24-year-old US soccer star made her SI Swimsuit debut back in 2012 in nothing but body paint. For the 2014 issue, she swapped the paint for real bikinis and jetted off to Guana Island in the British Virgin Islands, where she was photographed by Adam Franzino.
Compared to some of the barely-there looks in this year's issue, Alex's swimwear is pretty tame, which fits her girl-next-door image. She wears pieces from brands like Ola Vida and Kovey, and she looks totally at home on the beach.
Of course, Alex is best known for what she does on the field. Who could forget Alex Morgan's Olympic semifinal goal in extra time against Canada, which sent the US women's team to the London 2012 gold medal game? They went on to beat Japan for the gold.
With the 2015 World Cup coming up next year, here's hoping we see plenty more of her, both on the pitch and off it.
