Miss Oklahoma, Olivia Jordan was crowned the 2015 Miss USA, in a glittering ceremony held in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
The 26 year old is a budding actress and a graduate from Boston University, and will represent United States in the Miss Universe pageant.
Olivia won the 64th Annual Competition after deftly responding to a question about the nation's next hot-button issue, beating 50 other women to win the crown.
The slim blonde captivated the audience in the bikini round, showing her toned physique in a slinky sequinned two piece, and allured in the evening gown round in a glamorous strapless pink ruffled pink creation with a deep sweet-heart neckline.
The 2015 Miss USA spoke first on the issue of race relations in the United States, stressing the need for improved dynamics, and later went on to name Oprah and Harriet Tubman as two women she would like to see on the $10 bill.
The model and 2013 winner of Miss World America inherits the title from 2014 Miss USA Nia Sanchez, who represented the state of Nevada in last year's competition.
