The biggest collaboration of the season has arrived, and is creating hype in the fashion world, and is being spoken all on social media networks.
French luxury label Louis Vuitton has collaborated with contemporary artist Jeff Koons, and has created a range of handbags and backpacks featuring some of the most famous paintings known.
Jeff Koons is known to kitsch images and objects into pieces of art, and his collaboration with Louis Vuitton is dubbed the 'Masters Collection' featuring LV designs such as the Speedy, the Neverfull and the Keepall.
The designs feature Jeff Koons' reproduction of painting by Rubens, Titian, Van Gogh, Da Vinci and Fragonard, along with the iconic LV monogram and a tag based of Jeff Koons' iconic Rabbit sculpture.
The collaboration brings the masterpieces in a modern way, and will be launched on April 28th online and in selected stores, with more pieces rolling out later this year.
The launch party for the Louis Vuitton x Jeff Koons collection was held at the Louvre in Paris, and was attended by Miranda Kerr, Jennifer Aniston, Michelle Williams and other A-list stars.
