Opting for a Vivianne Westwood off-shoulder number, with a drawstring at the bust, Kim highlighted her curves, and wore her raven bob sleek.
Kim also kept her accessories minimal, wearing just sleek white strappy sandals, with a flawless makeup look that included slick eyeliner, a nude lip and a dusky contouring.
Her husband, rapper and designer Kanye West, decided to stay at home with their two kids, citing that the event would be too much pressure on him, as he had a mental breakdown earlier this year.
