Lourdes Leon Channels Madonna Energy in Sheer Mesh Dress at Paris Fashion Week
Lourdes Leon turns heads at Paris Fashion Week in a sheer black mesh dress with velvet stripes while attending the Ottolinger FW 2026 show.
Paris Fashion Week always delivers a few unforgettable style moments, and Lourdes Leon just added another one to the list.
The 29-year-old singer and model, who is also Madonna’s eldest daughter, stepped out in Paris on March 9 wearing a daring look that instantly got people talking. Heading to the Ottolinger Womenswear Fall/Winter 2026–2027 show, Leon embraced the kind of fearless fashion choice that feels very much in the spirit of her famous mom.
Her outfit centered on a completely sheer black mesh dress that left little to the imagination. The floor-length piece featured long sleeves and a fitted silhouette that skimmed the body from shoulders to hem. What made the dress especially striking was the pattern of embroidered chocolate-brown velvet stripes running vertically through the fabric. The detailing added texture and depth, turning what could have been a simple sheer dress into something far more interesting.
Leon layered a pair of black underwear underneath the mesh gown, offering just enough coverage while keeping the overall look bold and unapologetic. Draped casually off her shoulders was a slate gray peacoat, which added a bit of structure and contrast against the delicate fabric of the dress.
Her accessories kept things sleek and minimal. In one hand she carried a glossy black patent leather shoulder bag, while in the other she held a small bottle of champagne as she made her way toward the show. The relaxed styling made the outfit feel spontaneous rather than overly styled.
Beauty-wise, the resemblance to a young Madonna was hard to miss. Leon wore her waist-length black hair in glossy curls with a clean middle part, giving off serious 1980s Madonna vibes. Her makeup leaned dramatic, with smoky eyeshadow, sharp black eyeliner, and a softly blurred rosy pink lip.
