The Fall 2011 collection of Christian Dior featured in the Paris Fashion Week last Friday had a strong feel of Galliano's signature touch to all the outfits. It was hard to focus on the event itself after the controversy surrounding the dismissal of the ex-creative director John Galliano. Nevertheless, the outfits were in lovely deep gothic shades of red, emerald green, black and burgundy. Towards the end of the show, light and ruffled dresses were modeled in more softer tones. The fashion world awaits the beginning of the post-Galliano era at Dior.
