Here’s an exclusive preview of the upcoming summer 2011 edition of Bon magazine. The magazine explores the different autumn/winter trends from three different angles. This shoot is shot by noted fashion photographer Ben Weller and styled by Zoe James. The shoot explores the range of colors, tonality and how the different colors can be combined artfully. Dutch supermodel Marique Schimmel was lensed in outdoor portraits in the designs of labels such as 3.1 Phillip Lim, Dolce & Gabbana, Underground, Louis Vuitton, Missoni, Beyond Retro, Marni, Holly Fulton and others. The pictures are shot in color and monochrome. I love the relaxed poses of the model combined with great lighting. We love the freestyle shoot and how different colors can complement the monochromes. Make up is by Hiromi Ueda; and hair by Naoki Komiya.
