The latest in the Max Factor label is their Smooth Effect Foundation. This is their second foundation, the previous one being Max Factor Xperience, which was one of my favourites. The Max Factor Smooth Effect Foundation boasts to “glide on effortlessly for a smooth even finish, suitable for sensitive skin, won’t clog pores; and oil free.” Wow, that’s too much to offer in one product. It’s available on the counters and is priced at £7.99.
