Polka Dot Cat is the creation of designer Rana Jamshed. Each of her piece depicts a style of a woman, a way of her life and her own choice in elegance of outfits and beauty. Polka Dot Cat is both a blogger and a fashionista favourite. The Holiday Collection 2011/12 speaks of the same philosophy of romance. It's a mixture of street style enhanced more with a boutique look.
