We are still not so sure as to how Tulisa made to the top of FHM’s Sexiest Woman in the World list, but she sure appears hot and sultry as she shows off curves in a green bandage dress at a concert in Glasgow. The twenty-three year flaunted a very low neckline, but protected her modesty with a white bra , that did little to enhance the look of the attire. She paired the look with soft brunette curls that fell on her shoulders, and glittery heels that looked like sneakers. Seems like Tulisa needs a stylist for sure!
