Love food and fashion in equal measure? Tel Aviv artist Shay Aaron has made the cutest jewelry for you, and it all looks good enough to eat.
His Mini Food Jewels turn tiny cupcakes, ice creams, pastries, doughnuts and pancakes into earrings, rings, pendants and necklaces. Each piece is handmade from polymer clay at 1:12 scale, which is dollhouse size, and the detail is honestly unbelievable. You can almost smell the frosting.
Shay says a lot of his ideas come from baking with his mom on Friday mornings, plus a little help from Martha Stewart. The menu is huge, too. There are Oreo rings, cookie necklaces, pizza, sushi, burger and taco earrings, and waffle pendants topped with fresh fruit. Our favorite? The French macaron rings and pendants, in every pastel shade you can imagine.
The best part is that they're zero calories. Delicious!
