The sultry Irina arrived dressed in a red floor-length gown that showed off ample cleavage, along with the model's long legs with a thigh-split. She paired the gown with strappy high heels, blingy statement earrings, and a corsage bracelet. She came to the event with Swiss diamond jeweler Fawaz Grousi who is the founder of De Grisogono.
