Katy Perry was seen posing for pictures with fans and signing autographs before she attended The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. The star wore a Roland Mouret Spring 2012 dress and certainly looked gorgeous with her striking purple hair. The navy blue dress had tulips appliqués all over and Katy paired the look well with red ankle strap platform peep toes. Although the dress on the runway had a bare midriff but we are glad that Katy chose the more sophisticated version.
