The actress wore a vintage Versace gown, and was alluring. The red strapless pleated silk gown with a stitched silk satin bustline was styled with a Ferragamo gold-and-red enamel minaudière and red Ferragamo strappy sandal from the Red Carpet Collection. Penelope painted her nails red but opted for a dark pink lipstick.
