She was seen messy and makeup free, yet flawless as she rehearsed for the Obama Concert, held in Los Angeles, here on Wednesday. The twenty eight year old wore simple grey bottoms with a white tank that showed off ample cleavage, but changed into a sizzling rubber form fitting mini dress for the event. The off white dress had the named of presidential candidates imprinted with a check box, and Barack Obama's name was checked out in bold black. Katy wore red ankle strap pumps, and her hair wavy to complete her alluring look. May the best candidate win!
