Discharged after four days from King Edward VII Hospital after following acute morning sickness due to her pregnancy with her first child, Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton glowed as she smiled for the cameras. Her husband, Prince William also stood proud by her side, and the parents to be were all smiles. The lovely Kate was dressed in a warm navy coat and a scarf with black leggings and low heeled knee-high suede boots. She was carrying a bouquet of yellow roses, and appeared rosy cheeked and happy. Prince William wore a blue jumper, a checked shirt, dark jeans, and suede shoes. We love this couple!
