Pop star Miley Cyrus was spotted outside CenterStaging Studios in LA after learning that she has been nominated for two Billboard.com’s 2013 Mid-Year Music Awards. The twenty year old is nominated in the category of Best Music Video for “We Can’t Stop” and Best Comeback. Miley, dressed in her care-free rock babe style, was sporting a basketball jersey, a baseball cap, and Saint Laurent heels. Either she was wearing no pants, or very tiny briefs, as her long legs were bare and on display. An assortment of funky necklaces and bracelets completed the music artist's look.
