Kim Kardashian bares her pregnant belly for the CR Fashion Book Fall/Winter 2013 issue

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian is the cover girl for Carine Roitfeld's CR Fashion Book's third issue titled 'Hope.' The images are lensed by Karl Lagerfeld, and we seriously wonder what Kanye West did to get Kim this cover and shoot. The images are tacky for sure, and were taken back when KK was heavily pregnant with baby North West. With the direction of Givenchy Creative Head Ricardo Tisci, Kayne West's baby mama is seen with a gold grill on the cover, and for the rest of the shots shows off her pregnant belly, wears a Maison Martin Margiela bejeweled head and face piece, and is titled Miss USA for the spread. Kate Upton covered the CR Fashion Book 2012 in a monochrome shot.
