The Body Shop Japanese Cherry Blossom Body Butter Review
The Body Shop Japanese Cherry Blossom Body Butter is a lightweight moisturiser which soothes and hydrates the skin, and has a beautiful floral scent that lasts throughout the day.
With winter coming up ahead, along with updating our wardrobe, we also must update our skin care regime. With a number of options available for body moisturizing, I always return to The Body Shop for skin care essentials. I am a true fan of The Body Shop Japanese Cherry Blossom fragrance, and religiously use it as a day time fragrance. Although I was a bit sceptical about its body butter, since I love the Strawberry body butter, this didn't disappoint me. The Japanese Cherry Blossom Body Butter is a lightweight moisturizer that soothes and hydrates the skin. It has a soft floral scent that lingers on, and isn't irksome. The creamy texture makes the skin supple and doesn't feel greasy. With soy and olive oil, this makes the skin soft, heals it, and ensures hydration all day long. The product comes in a generous 200 ml tub, and can last almost 7-8 months in accordance to your usage. You can also transfer the product to a smaller, travel-friendly container, and keep this skin care essential on the go as well. Since its meant for 'normal' skin, perhaps for the harsher winter days you might want a moisturizer for 'dry' skin such as The Body Shop Shea Body Butter. Overall it's a great product, with a scent that's hard to resist. You can also use the body mist after applying the body butter for a scent that lasts throughout the day.
