Forever 21 Scented Sheer Lip Colour Pens Review

For a cheap alternate to the ridiculously expensive lip-pens, markers, and crayons cropping up this season, Forever 21 Scented Sheer Lip Color Pens are a good choice. The pretty pens come in twist-open tube, with an adorable cat-themed packaging. The pens are scented and offer a sheer finish. I would say that they are semi-sheer as per your natural lip color; the darker the lips, the sheer this is. The color pay-off isn't so good, neither is the moisturizing factor, but it sure does give a soft feel after application. Of course these are a rip off of the TonyMoly Petit Gloss Bar, but sadly do not come close to the quality. While the TM Gloss Bars retail at around $6, the F21 Scented Sheer Lip Color Pens come with a tag of $2.80. Available in mint and coral, this is good only if you are a sucker for cute things.
