24-year-old singer Taylor Swift was spotted out and about in NYC, wearing a pretty summer floral dress by Oscar de la Renta, with red, yellow and blue flowers. She paired her beautiful dress with color blocking accessories in a beautiful green hue. Her bag, which was Elie Saab, matched perfectly her gorgeous heels. The star wore her beautiful blonde hair with a side parting and chose dusty pink make up, dark eyeliner and red lipstick to finish her look.
The young singer took some time to stop and talk with a young fan of hers, while several people stopped and took pictures of her.
