German model Toni Garrn attended boyfriend Leonardo DiCaprio's Foundation Gala held in Saint Tropez, and looked sultry in a lace Elie Saab dress. The 22 year old's dress clung to her lean body and featured a crafted sexy lace bodice which showed off skin, before flowing into a graceful skirt.
