Hilary Duff wears a leather mini dress to the 2014 iHeart Radio Music Festival

Hilary Duff attended the iHeart Radio Music Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada, and wore an Anthony Vaccarello Fall 2014 leather mini dress. The dress had a cut-out detail and silver ruffle cascading down one side, and Hilary styled the look with black stilettos and a loose wavy hairdo. The dress didn't suit the mother-of-one, and would have suited a tall and lean model more, perhaps.
