Disney actress Bella Thorne attended the 21st birthday party of 'Melissa & Joey' star Taylor Spreitler held in Studio City. For the event, 17 year old Bella grabbed attention in a short and revealing sleeveless black bandage dress. The short dress featured a low-cut neckline and the star added white stilettos to her style. Also paired with the dress was a Chanel quilted chain-link bag and a Cartier bracelet. Her strawberry blonde hair was styled in loose curls and a glossy pink pout with winged eyes completed her party look. Bella is also the cover star of 360 Magazine's October 2014 issue.
