The Reality TV actress and self-lover flaunted her skin and flesh in a daring Roberto Cavalli sheer lace gown sans underwear.

Kanye West's better half displayed her olive skin in the figure-hugging creation featuring a low-back and a long sweeping feathered train.

The long-sleeved creation had strategically placed pieces of lace that protected Kim's modesty, but she is not one of those to feel shy at tremendous displays of flesh.

Her long dark hair was styled slick and sleek in a long ponytail, and the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' celebrity smouldered with smoky eyes and a soft pale pout, which are her signatures.

Tasselled drop earrings completed Kim's first Roberto Cavalli look designed by Peter Dundas, which closely resembled Beyonce's 2013 Met Gala dress.
