The 29 year old fame of Big Bang Theory arrived at the event with her husband Ryan Sweeting, and looked elegant in a black midi number.
Her v-neck dress featured sparkles at the back and waist, and Kaley styled her look with simple black pumps, and kept her pink pixie sleek.
The actress completed her look with a peach blush and soft pink lip colour, and gushed about her husband in her acceptance speech.
