The 22 year old, whose real name is Destiny Hope, was dressed in an all yellow ensemble, and went braless.
Miley looked cool and casual in her bright sunny yellow cropped top and matching trousers which were covered in doodles smiley faces, rainbows and hearts.
The controversial singer had lunch with her 54 year old friend, and styled her funky look with a yellow handbag, eccentric white framed sunglasses, a silver necklace and a belly stud.
White sneakers and a slicked hairdo completed Miley's look for the lunch outing.
