While all the eye popping reactions were for Dakota at the premiere of A bigger splash at the Venice Film Festival in Italy, another lady (which comes as no surprise) made a statement on the red carpet.
While Effie Trinket may seem a little too edgy with poofy wigs and matching makeup and dresses, Elizabeth Banks aced the red carpet with her trendy yet sophisticated look.
The 41-year-old went with a fishtail dress made purely of thick white lace embellished with pink crochet flowers with green leaves on each side. It was a sleeveless, figure hugging dress that brought out her body with a deep neckline.
The makeup was on point with the whole nude and mink look. Eyes looked gorgeous yet simple. Her blonde tresses were done in soft curls and were pinned to the right side in a stylish ponytail that complimented the whole look. She paired the dress with strappy nude heels that stood out with a dark pedicure and went with a nude clutch to pose for the cameras.
