The 30 year old wore a peek-a-boo lace dress which had a small train, full sleeves and a revealing cutout just under the bust.
Rooney styled her Givenchy number with high white heels, and opted for her signature vampy deep oxblood lips, smoky eyes and a top-knot hairdo.
