Claire Danes was one of our favourites at the Met Gala 2016, held in New York City, and stunned in her light-up baby blue princessy gown.

The television star wore a Cinderella inspired Zac Posen gown, that lit up all along the bust and skirt in the dark.

The 37 year old actress's dress was created out of fibre optic woven organza, had a strapless sweetheart neckline bust and layers of pale blue that skimmed the floor.

Claire's blonde hair was swept up in an elegant style and her style was topped off with bold red lips.
