'Best Actress' nominee for the night, Emma Stone arrived for the 89th Annual Academy Awards clad in a glittering gold number by Givenchy.

Also the favourite in the Best Actress category, the La La Land actress, looked like an actual Oscar award in the jewel encrusted ensemble, featured a tiered fringed skirt.

With an open back, Emma's gown certainly highlighted the best of her physique, and the actress kept it classic retro Hollywood with a swipe of bold red lips.

The custom made Givenchy by Ricardo Tisci gown featured gold and bronze Swarovski crystal embroidery on the bodice, and a cream to bronze degrade crystal fringe at the bottom.

Oozig off glamour and style, Emma grabbed instant attention, and also received the loudest applause on the red carpet.

Long dangling earrings and a bronze and gold on the lid, completed Emma's style statement for the red carpet.
