The 19 year old, who is a millionaire, went frugal for the day, and wore a $39 PrettyLittleThing 'Charlay' gold mini dress, which was a tad bit too short and ended up flaunting the star's padded spanx.
A lace-less pair of boots were also worn by Kylie, who sizzled in the flattering gold-knit halter dress, and wore a nude lip and thick lashes.
