Going high-tech. luxury French fashion house Louis Vuitton launches its first ever smart watch, a unisex design named the 'Tambour Horizon.'
Louis Vuitton is no stranger to explore and offer the latest and trendiest fashion offerings, and the Tambour Horizon is no less exception.
The innovative and luxury piece is an upgrade of the original Tambour watch, and works with Google's Android Wear 2.0 operating system.
Presented in a 42mm case, the watch is available in three sleek and smart designs with a choice of a polished, satin or an all black finish.
Designed to blend in with an outfit, the watch also has the option of downloadable watch faces and 60 interchangeable strap options.
Perfect for trendsetters, people on the go, and even travelers, the watch gives the options of numerous apps, and two exclusive travel-centric apps.
With a battery life that is the same as that of an everyday smartphone, the Louis Vuitton Tambour Horizon Smartwatch can also receive your text messages and emails, and you can browse the internet too.
The Tambour Horizon is also the first Android watch designed to function in China, which will be a huge benefit as China is one of LV's largest markets.
Tambour Horizon retails at $2450, and since it is quite wearable along with being fashionable and as per the latest tech trends, Louis Vuitton expects it to sell over 150,000 units this year.
