The 21 year old star received the International Rising Award, and showed off skin in her revealing gown that featured high slits and multiple cutouts.

Bella's gown also had a plunging neckline, and the saucy star posed provocatively, flaunting sideboob and cleavage.

The star wore open-toe heels with strappy bows, and had her fiery hair up in a braid that was accessorised with a rose-gold wire.

Adding a bold crimson pout to her style statement along with an intense and sharp red eye makeup, Bella was the belle of the ball.

She also wore a string of sparkling diamonds, and stacked colourful bracelets on one wrist and a watch on the other, and looked spectacular.
