Beauty Tips: Awesome Home Remedies for Acnes

Acnes can be embarrassing, especially if you keep getting them every now and then. These home remedies are going to help you kick off your acne problem.

Home remedies for acnes

First of all, using cosmetics is one of the reasons why most of the people go through the problem of acnes. A lot of acnes can be caused on your cheeks if you are way too much into makeup and cosmetics. The problem with the world is that the people try copying the artists they see on their TV screens. Thus, the ladies apply a lot of makeup. I personally know a lot of women who wouldn’t leave their doors without using a thick layer of foundation on their face. They usually do this to hide their wrinkles and acne scars, not knowing that they are inviting more acne on their face.

If you have acne, you might want to get rid of them so that you can have the most wonderful skin, ever.

Let us read about all those remedies that can help you clean those ugly and painful acnes that you have on your face:

Apply a thick layer of Aloe Vera gel at least twice a day: Aloe Vera has some amazing healing properties and that’s why most of the people buy the leaves and use the gel. Instead of using preserved gel of this plant, it is always better if you have the plant at home. You can apply the gel whenever you want to. If you have the plant at home, do not try to preserve the gel in any jar; you just have to wash your face with clean water and apply the gel to your acnes, directly. Aloe Vera gel has the power to heal your acne scars and wrinkles as well.

Apply honey on all the acnes that you have; this helps in getting rid of stubborn acne scars as well: If you have a lot of acnes, you have to heal them with the help of honey. Pour a little bit of honey into a bowl and use it on your face. You can apply honey directly on the acnes that you have on your cheeks (or on any part of your face).

Get some tea tree oil and use it on your face: Tea tree oil has been quite in demand in the market. Research shows that most of the people purchase this oil for the sake of getting rid of their pimples. There are different ways in which you can apply this oil. However, if you can tolerate the strong fragrance of this scent, you can apply it directly. But you have to be careful when using this oil; place the oil directly on the acne with the help of an ear bud.

Green Tea Can Help

Make some green tea, cool it and use it to wash your face: Green tea has amazing effects not only on your body, but also on your face. Even if you don’t drink green tea, get a few sachets for the sake of your acnes. Make some green tea, cool it down and wash your face with the help of it. Let the green tea settle on your face for a couple of minutes and rinse it off with water. Do this twice a day.

Make a thick paste by grinding some mint leaves and apply it on your acne: Got mint leaves at home? Pluck a few of them from the plant, wash them thoroughly, put them in the grinder and make a paste. Now apply portions of this paste on all the acnes that you have on your face. Keep the mask for around fifteen minutes and wash off with water.

Apply white toothpaste directly on your acnes before you sleep; wash your face in the morning: White toothpaste works like magic on your acnes. You just have to take the white paste at the tip of your finger and apply it on your acnes. Leave it to dry and go off to sleep. In the morning, use cold water to wash your face. Repeat this process for five days in a row and thank me later for the miracle.

Citrus Fruits

Cut a lemon into half and scrub a portion of it on your face: Lemon juice is known to work wonderfully on your skin and that’s all that you need to try if nothing else works. Instead of applying chemically made creams, it is always good to apply natural things and there’s nothing more natural than a freshly cut lemon. Squeeze out the juice of the lemon to apply it on your face or you can scrub the acnes with the lemon and let it leave its trails. It may burn a little, but that’s the only way it works.

Juicy citrus fruits can be used as face cleaners: Squeeze out some orange juice, dip a cotton ball into it and rub the juice against your acnes. Be prepared for some burning and itching sensations, which are bound to happen when the citric acid touches your acnes. In a few moments, the sensations go away and all you have are settled acnes. It doesn’t work like magic or instantly, but if you keep doing it at least thrice a week, you see a major difference on your face.

You may use:
  • lemons
  • oranges
  • grapefruits
Add a teaspoon of honey in yogurt and apply the mask on your face: Got Yogurt at home? Then I have a brilliant plan to help you kick off those tough acnes. You just need to take a little bit of yogurt (enough to make a thick paste) and add honey in it. Mix the paste well and apply it on your face. This mask helps in healing your acnes in a few days itself.

Make a honey and cinnamon mask and apply it on your face: If you want to get rid of your acnes within a few days, you just need to add three to four pinches of cinnamon powder in honey and apply the mask on your face. Leave this mask for a couple of minutes and wash it with the help of water. Clean your face with a clean white towel and don’t keep touching your face over and over again.

Conclusion

Along with the above things, you have to do some other stuff as well. No matter how much the acne pain, do not touch it. You can use an ice cube or an ice pack to cool down the burning sensation. Don’t keep playing with your acne. Also, no matter what, DO NOT pop your acnes, which most of the people do. Popping your acnes can worsen your situation and give birth to more of those tiny beasts. Wash your face with cold water and do it whenever you can. Also, exercising regularly can lead to opening of pores and cleaning of your face. Do not try to cover your acne by using a lot of makeup, unless it is really important.
