Kate Middleton gives birth to third baby - a boy!

The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, and Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge, have welcomed their third child - a boy!

The Duchess, 36, was admitted to the private Lindo Wing of St. Mary's Hospital in the early morning hours of 23rd April, with early signs of labour.

Kensington Palace announced the news of her admission as well as the birth of the boy, and the baby is fifth in line to the throne, pushing Prince Harry down to number six.

The latest addition to the Royal family joins brother and sister Prince George and Princess Charlotte, and weighs 8lbs and 70z.

Kensingston Palace reported that Prince William was present during the delivery, and both mother and the child are doing well.

Kate previously have had swift deliveries, and was out of the hospital in hours, 22 at the time of Prince George's birth and 10 at the time of Princess Charlotte.

The new Royal Baby Boy and the proud parents are expected to depart the hospital today only, and give awaiting onlookers a glimpse of the baby as they did with their previous children.
