Oatmeal Mask
Careful not to have a bite of this, but this mask is quite delicious as it includes the tastiest ingredients! In a food processor combine a quarter cup of rolled oatmeal with an equal amount of organic brown sugar. Transfer to a bowl and add in a quarter cup of honey, and a tablespoon each of lemon juice and olive oil. Massage this paste on the feet and leave on for 15 minutes. Use cling film to wrap the mask on your feet. Wash off with lukewarm water.
Cucumber Mask
This mask just has three ingredients but gives the effect of an expensive pedicure. Combine two cucumbers, the juice of one lemon and four tablespoons of olive oil in a blender. Divide this concoction in two plastic bags that you can tie around your feet easily. Leave on for 15 minutes then massage the feet well before your wash it off.
Gram Flour Mask
This mask works wonders for tanned and sun burnt skin and lightens the dark spots on the feet too. Mix together three tablespoons of gram flour or chickpea flour with 2 tablespoons of yogurt, the juice of one lemon and a pinch of turmeric powder. Leave on for 20 minutes and scrub off. This leaves your feet super soft and removes sun tan as well.
Honey Mask
Honey has antibacterial properties and works like a charm for skin problems, leaving the skin soft and supple with a beautiful glow on it. For the feet use two tablespoons of honey, combine with a tablespoon of brown sugar and the juice of half a lemon. Scrub this on your feet well and leave on for 15 minutes. Wash off with cold water. This masks acts as an exfoliator as well as a moisturizer.
Peppermint & Clay Mask
Peppermint is the ingredient that refreshes the feet and gets rid of stinky odors, while
clay removes dead skin and gives the feet a smooth and soft feel. Combine any clay, preferably Fuller's Earth, two tablespoons with some rose water to make a thick paste and add in a few drops of peppermint essential oil. Leave on until the clay dries and wash off.
