Turning 21, Forbes named youngest self-made billionaire Kylie Jenner is set to release a new makeup collection in honor of her 21st birthday.

The makeup mogul, owner of Kylie Cosmetics, is popular for her unique makeup collections which sell-out within minutes of their launch.

The young mother, who gave birth to daughter Stormi six months ago, will be capitalizing on her birthday, and her birthday has become an annual makeup collection launch day.

Inspired by all the happening of a fun party, the '21 Collection' includes some of Kylie Cosmetics' most popular products including liquid lipsticks and eyeshadow palettes.

Three lip kits, a mini liquid eyeshadow collection, an eyeshadow palette and a highlighter are a part of the coveted collection.

The eyeshadow palette features 21 shades, and the liquid eyeshadows are a glittery delight; while the highlighter is a blinding champagne gold shade.

Kylie 21 Collection will launch on August 6 online and at the Kylie Cosmetics' pop-up stores, and will be a quick sell-out for sure.
