The Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton has become an aunt for the first time as her younger sister Pippa Middleton has given birth to a baby boy. The socialite and author was last seen in public heavily pregnant at Princess Eugenie's wedding, and the news of her baby boy's arrival came on Monday.
Pippa chose the Lindo Wing, the same wing where all three of her sister's children were born. Pippa's son was born at 1.58 pm weighing 8lbs 9oz. and both the mother and the child are doing well. Pippa Middleton, 35, married James Matthews, 41, last year in May, and rumours of her first pregnancy were in the air in April , around the same time her sister Kate Middleton gave birth to her third son, Prince Louis. Pippa was first seen sporting a baby bump at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding in May, who have also announced their first pregnancy, and are expecting in Spring 2019.
