Songstress and actress Zendaya is enlisted to collaborate with fashion brand Tommy Hilfiger. Getting inspired by the wonderful 70s, the star's limited edition collection will be presented for Spring/Summer 2019. Following up with Gigi Hadid's successful Tommy Hilfiger collections, the acclaimed fashion label is highly close to Zendaya's personal style.
Known for her own whimsical style, the brunette's TommyxZendaya Collection brings forth a series of zodiac print suits, knit designs, plaid trousers that flair at the hem, high-waist skirts and oversized belts that cinch-in the waist.
The collection also seeks inspiration from a historic fashion moment, the 'Battle of Versailles', which was a charity event that pitted French designers against their American counterparts in a cultural battle of sorts. The American designers triumphed over France by casting a record number of black models which led to breaking barriers, making history, and eliciting a massively positive response from the crowd.
