Christian Dior Menswear Fall/Winter 2019 Campaign
Explore Kim Jones' homage to Christian Dior as a gallerist with Dior Men's F/W 2019 Collection. Elegance meets artistry in every smart design.
Dior Menswear fashion designer Kim Jones gets inspired from the fashion house's founder Christian Dior's first vocation as a gallerist, for the Fall/Winter 2019 Collection, and brings forward a smart and elegant array of designs.
Photographed by Steven Meisel, the campaign showcases white, paint-splattered walls and concrete floors with colourful stacked canvases, and the photoshoot is inspired by Raymond Pettibon, whose distinct iconography was featured on album covers for Black Flag, Sonic Youth, and more prominent artists during the 1970s American punk movement.
Kevin Jones has also selected some of Pettibon's work to be featured on the clothing, and the Californian artist has also reinterpreted the Dior logo, going for calligraphy-style for the campaign.
