Miley went braless in a white cropped top, showing off her nipples and paired her daring top with a pair of black skin-tight vinyl pants.
Setting the temperatures soaring, Miley wore black boots with chunky gold buckles and had on a black baker boy hat along with a pair of round glasses. Stacks of bracelets and layers of necklaces were also worn by Miley, who topped off her ensemble with a statement belt.
