Held at the Fouquets Restaurant, the event had the 24 year old dusky model going braless in a sheer black dress which featured an embellished thigh-grazing hem. With structured shoulders and embellishments on the collar as well, the edgy dress put Cindy's lace undies on display and also highlighted her bare breasts.
