Arriving for her 20th Annual Halloween Bash, Heidi Klum proved once again why she is known as the Queen of Halloween. The 46 year old German supermodel put out all stops for her latest celebration, and arrived as a creepy humanoid alien, giving everyone a shock of a lifetime.

Known for her extravagant Halloween looks, Heidi once again surpassed all expectations with her unique and elaborate costume as an experiment gone wrong, and even arrived in a quarantined bio hazard capsule alongside husband Tom Kaulitz.

Earlier during the day, Heidi could be seen at the shopfront of the Amazon Prime store in New York, where fans could come and watch the several hour long process of getting ready for the event. Heidi's costume for the 2019 Halloween included an exposed brain in a see-through protective helmet, an exposed spine and even exposed intestines, giving an over all spooky and terrible look.

Painstakingly put together by a huge team of workers, Heidi's costume also featured torn bits of flesh revealing the sinew underneath it, and the model leered with a sinister grin, clad in her most gory and bloody costume to date. The bizarre costume was in fact a part of a couple's costume  with Tom Kaulitz, dressed as a newly murdered astronaut, though his attire was not as creepy and over the top as his wife's.
