22 year old Kylie Cosmetics mogul Kylie Jenner stirred up a storm for 2019 Halloween, first showing off a sexy mermaid look then going busty as a barely dressed fairy. The billionaire showed off her ample assets to her 150 million followers on Instagram, and dazzled in the strapless purple gown, which seemed to be fashioned from just glittery strands of fabric.

Showing off her Halloween look with her friend Anastasia Karanikolaou, who also went as a fairy in a midriff baring silver costume, Kylie was indeed a sultry and magical vision. Earlier Kylie and her friend had shown off their Playboy bunny costumes for a Halloween party, and the social media butterfly also threw a Halloween party for kids with Kylie and her daughter Stormi dressed as superheroes.

Putting her toned legs on show, Kylie was a dazzling sight and went with a blonde wig and her usual glamorous makeup look of plump matte lips and vivacious eyes with long lashes and dusky hues of colour, and added to her costume were dangling statement earrings and a slinky pair of silver heels, and even added to her attire elf ears and fairy wings.
