Wearing a Ralph and Russo Spring 2020 Couture creation, the billionaire makeup mogul was a sight to behold in her navy tulle and black crinoline strapless gown that was embellished with sequins, xilions and crystals.
The 23 year old impressed and allured as she smouldered in her sizzling creation, about which Kylie revealed on Instagram, 'couldn't really sit in this but it was worth it'. Two stiff curves of tulle fabric framing her ample bust and hips, and Kylie's hourglass curves were further exaggerated in the luxe gown. The brunette added a statement cocktail ring on each hand, and let her dress otherwise do the talking. Her hair was styled smooth and sleek, and a contoured makeup look with a winged eye and nude pout.
